Providing complete room filtration every 12.5 minutes as per industry recommendation, the 7740i removes 99% of germs, as well as dust, pollen, dander, mould, VOCs and odours. With realtime pollutant tracking, you can be confident your air is always clean.

Even on standby, the technology proactively monitors your room and kills viruses and bacteria on the filters using low air draft and plasma charging. A gentle stream of air then ensures no new growth of germs.

Outlets are engineered to deliver all-round, omni-directional airflow to quickly circulate more clean air to the whole room, so you breathe clean air wherever you are.

An intuitive 5-colour indicator bar gives quick updates on particle and gas levels, and a numerical display quantifies the levels for PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 particles.

The SmartFilter has one particle filter layer and one active carbon filter layer, combining to remove gas, odours, smoke, VOCs, exhaust, smog and chemicals from the air. The two main filters are at the top, so when removing it you can just fold it like a book to keep dust and pollutants from escaping. A smart RFID chip tracks use and notifies you through the Blueair app when it’s time to replace it. The expected maximum lifetime is 1 year.
